I've recently started taking on more freelance graphic design projects, and after a client delayed payment significantly on my last job, I realize I need a solid independent contractor agreement to protect myself. I found some generic templates online, but I'm unsure what specific clauses are essential for creative work regarding intellectual property ownership, revision limits, and kill fees. For other freelancers or small agency owners, what are the key terms you always include in your contracts that have saved you from disputes?
