Free piano and keyboard VSTs that don't sound fake

Finding good free piano and keyboard VSTs can be challenging - so many of them sound obviously synthetic or have weird artifacts. What free virtual instrument plugins have you found that actually sound convincing for piano, electric piano, organ, etc.? I'm working on some jazz and soul tracks and need authentic keyboard sounds without breaking the bank. Some free bass guitar plugins would be helpful too for the rhythm section.

For free piano and keyboard VSTs that don't sound fake, the Spitfire LABS soft piano is beautiful. Keyzone Classic has good electric pianos. For organ, the MDA ePiano is simple but effective. These free virtual instrument plugins won't replace high-end libraries, but they're surprisingly good for free. Some free bass guitar plugins like Ample Bass P Lite II are also quite convincing.
