What are some good DIY home repair projects that are actually worth doing yourself versus hiring out? I'm comfortable with basic plumbing and electrical (changing fixtures, not rewiring whole houses). What repairs have you successfully done that saved you a bunch of money?

For DIY home repair, replacing a toilet is surprisingly easy and saves you about $200 in plumber fees. The hardest part is usually getting the old wax ring off.
