Digital wellness communities - how do they help with online burnout?
#1
I've been hearing more about digital wellness communities lately, especially as people are becoming more aware of how much time we spend online and the impact it has on our mental health. But I'm curious about what these communities actually do.

Are digital wellness communities just about setting screen time limits, or do they offer more comprehensive approaches? What kind of support, resources, or practices do they typically provide?

I'm experiencing some serious online burnout myself - constantly checking notifications, feeling anxious if I'm offline too long, and generally just feeling drained by the digital world. Traditional digital detox advice feels too extreme for me since my work and social life are both heavily online.

Has anyone found digital wellness communities that offer practical, sustainable approaches to managing online life? I'm especially interested in communities that understand the reality of needing to be online for work/school but still want to maintain mental wellbeing.
