Chronic sinusitis: seeking long-term relief with noninvasive options
#1
I've been dealing with chronic sinusitis for years, with constant pressure, congestion, and recurring infections that antibiotics only temporarily relieve. My ENT has suggested balloon sinuplasty or possibly more extensive surgery, but I'm wary of invasive procedures. I've tried nasal rinses and steroid sprays with limited success. For others who have found long-term relief, what specific treatments or combinations of therapies finally worked for you, and did you find that addressing potential underlying causes like allergies or structural issues was the key to managing it?
