Cheap home makeover ideas for rental properties?
#1
I own a rental property that's looking a bit tired, but I don't want to invest a ton of money since it's not my primary residence. Looking for cheap home makeover ideas that will freshen up the space without requiring landlord-level investments.

The tenants are good and take care of the place, but the paint is getting dingy, the carpets are dated, and the kitchen cabinets look straight out of 1995. I'm willing to spend some money, but I need to keep it reasonable since it's a rental.

What are the most cost-effective updates for rental properties? Should I focus on paint, flooring, lighting, or something else? And what materials hold up best with tenant wear and tear? Looking for budget-friendly home decor ideas that are durable and won't need to be replaced every time I get new tenants.
