Could your car's engine 'voice' be trained to warn you about impending part failures before any dashboard light appears, and should maintenance advice come from an AI ear rather than fault codes?

That could work. A voice that warns you before a light comes on would be handy, and AI style maintenance advice could beat just fault codes.
