Are there any complete free creative suites available?

Instead of piecing together different free tools, I'm wondering if there are any complete free creative suites that bundle multiple creative apps together like Adobe does. Something that includes design, photo editing, and maybe video editing all in one package or at least from the same developer.

The closest thing to a complete free creative suite would be the combination of GIMP, Inkscape, and Scribus from the GNOME project. They're not bundled together in one installer, but they're designed to work well together and cover photo editing, vector graphics, and desktop publishing. It's not exactly a unified free creative suite like Adobe's, but it's a solid set of tools.

I don't think there's a single free creative suite that bundles everything together like Adobe does. Most free creative suites are actually collections of separate tools from different developers. The KDE community has some good applications like Krita and Kdenlive, but they're still separate downloads. The advantage is you can pick the best tool for each job rather than being locked into one company's ecosystem.

Some Linux distributions come with pre-configured free creative suites. For example, Ubuntu Studio includes a whole collection of creative software pre-installed. It's not a single bundled application, but it's a curated set of free creative suites and tools that work well together. If you're willing to try Linux, that's one way to get a complete creative environment.

The concept of a free creative suite is evolving. Instead of bundled desktop applications, we're seeing more cloud-based platforms that offer multiple tools. Canva is moving in this direction, offering design, video editing, and presentation tools in one platform with a free tier. It's not the same as traditional creative suites, but it might be what you're looking for.

I think the idea of a single free creative suite is less important than having a set of tools that work well together. My suite" consists of GIMP, Inkscape, Kdenlive, and Audacity. They're all free, they all export in standard formats, and they cover everything I need. The key is establishing a workflow that connects these different free creative suites effectively.
