I've had my PS5 since launch, and I'm noticing some performance inconsistencies in newer games, especially with frame rate drops in certain open-world sections that weren't present a year ago. I've cleaned the dust vents, but I'm wondering if this is a sign of thermal throttling or just more demanding game optimization. For other long-term PS5 owners, have you experienced similar gradual performance changes, and are there any reliable methods or tools to monitor system performance or effectively clean the internal heatsink without voiding the warranty?
