I've been struggling with chronic morning fatigue and a scattered start to my day, so I'm determined to rebuild a morning routine that energizes me and sets a positive tone, but I'm overwhelmed by the conflicting advice online, from cold plunges and hour-long meditations to intense workouts. As a parent with a demanding job, I realistically only have about 45 minutes to myself before the chaos begins, and I need something sustainable, not another source of pressure. For others who have successfully established a grounding morning practice, what were the one or two most impactful changes you made that didn't require a huge time commitment? How did you tailor your routine to match your natural energy levels rather than fighting against them, and did you find it more helpful to focus on physical activity, mental preparation, or a combination in those first precious minutes?
