I've been struggling with chronic procrastination and afternoon energy slumps, so I'm trying to completely overhaul my morning routine to be more productive, but every article I read seems to recommend waking up at 5 AM for meditation and cold plunges, which feels unsustainable for my night-owl nature and busy family schedule. I need a realistic framework that I can actually stick to, focusing on the first hour after waking to set a positive tone without setting myself up for failure with overly ambitious goals.
