I've hit a wall against Malenia, Blade of Miquella in Elden Ring, and while I've watched several Elden Ring boss guide videos, they all seem to assume a perfect dodge rhythm I just can't master, especially during her relentless Waterfowl Dance attack. I'm running a strength-focused build with a Colossal Sword, which feels too slow for this fight, and I'm considering respeccing entirely just to get past her, but I'd prefer to adapt my current playstyle if possible. For Tarnished who finally conquered her with a heavy weapon, what was your specific strategy for managing distance and finding safe openings to punish? What armor, talismans, or consumables made the most tangible difference in surviving her flurry attacks, and is it better to summon a spirit ash to draw aggro or does that just make her behavior more unpredictable?
