I recently bought a new car that supports Android Auto, and while the wired connection works, it's incredibly glitchy—the screen frequently freezes, audio cuts out, and sometimes it disconnects entirely until I unplug and restart my phone. I'm using a current-model Pixel with the official cable, so I'm not sure if the issue is with my phone's settings, the car's infotainment system, or Android Auto itself. Has anyone else experienced this level of instability and found a reliable fix? I've already tried updating the app and my phone's OS, clearing the cache, and using different USB ports in the car, but the problems persist on every drive.
