I recently dug my old Super Nintendo out of storage and have been revisiting some SNES classics with my kids, who are surprisingly into the pixel art and music despite growing up with modern consoles. We've finished Super Mario World and are starting A Link to the Past, but I'm curious about the hidden gems I might have missed back in the day. For collectors and retro enthusiasts, what are the must-play SNES classics beyond the usual top ten lists, particularly in genres like action-platformers or RPGs that still hold up incredibly well today? Are there any specific cartridges that are notoriously difficult to find now but are absolutely worth tracking down for a complete 16-bit experience?
