In my garden early blight was the culprit I pulled infected leaves and boosted airflow and it slowed the spread.
It could also be a nutrient problem like magnesium deficiency which shows yellowing between veins
Try watering at soil level and mulching to reduce leaf wetness which helps with disease spread
