"body": "I just got this new phone last week and the battery life is terrible. It was fine for the first couple days but now it's dropping like 20 percent an hour even if I'm not using it much. I checked the battery usage screen and nothing obvious is eating it up. I'm starting to think I got a lemon or something. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning it already though."

That sounds rough for a brand new phone and totally frustrating.

Not sure that means a bad unit yet, could be a rogue app or background process.

I had a similar issue after a big update and a quick factory reset helped.

If nothing helps push for a warranty swap or replacement to avoid carrying a lemon.
