Full Version: Why am I so tired on 16:8 intermittent fasting?

Trying - intermittent fasting but feeling super tired and hungry || I started - intermittent fasting about three weeks ago, doing the 16:8 method. The first week was okay but now I'm just constantly tired and thinking about food during my fasting window. I'm drinking plenty of water and black coffee. I'm not sure if this is just an adjustment phase or if this method isn't right for me. I wanted more energy and maybe lose a few pounds, but right now I just feel drained by 2 PM.
Help with weight loss, calorie deficit, meal planning || Sudden_change: I started the 16:8 method about three weeks ago and at first I felt okay, but now I’m constantly tired and thinking about food during the fasting window. I’m drinking water and black coffee, but by 2 PM I crash and reach for snacks. Is this just a transition, or is 16:8 not a good fit for me?
