My new headphones keep cutting out

I just got these wireless headphones and the connection keeps dropping for a second, especially if I move my head. It's super annoying when I'm trying to listen to music or a podcast. I tried resetting them and moving my phone closer but it didn't really help. Maybe it's just interference from other devices in my apartment.

That’s annoying. Start by forgetting the headphones on your phone, then do a factory reset and re pair. If you can, test with another phone to see if the issue is the headset or the source.

Check for interference. Move away from the WiFi router, microwave, wireless keyboards, and other BT devices. Try staying within 1–2 meters with a clear line of sight.

If it still drops, update the headset firmware via its app or support site and consider a firmware reset. If needed, borrow a friend’s headset to compare.
