Where do you find good business plan templates?

I'm trying to write a business plan and I'm drowning in templates. Some are way too simple and others are like 50 pages long. I just need something realistic for a small service business, not a tech startup seeking millions. I downloaded a few but they all want me to project revenue five years out which feels like pure guesswork.
Starting is the hard part but you can keep it simple with a one page business plan. Include who you serve what you offer why it helps how you reach customers and how you make money and keep costs in check. Skip long five year forecasts and map a twelve month forecast instead. If you want a sturdier frame Lean Canvas works well for service businesses.
Look for proven sources that fit small service businesses. The SBA offers free templates SCORE has practical examples and sites like BPlans share templates you can download. If you are presenting the plan use PowerPoint templates to keep it clear and professional so clients can follow along.
To avoid overwhelm pick one format and tailor it to your service. Include sections for service description target market pricing delivery and a basic cash flow snapshot. Remember you are not aiming for perfection just a plan you can test and learn from by updating it as you go.
Try a two week sprint to test your plan. Choose a template and fill the core sections then share it with two or three trusted advisors for feedback. Do a mini pitch using a simple outline and walk through the numbers. If pricing raises questions adjust the plan.
Want a ready to use plain language template plus a simple twelve month forecast and go to market steps I can tailor one for your business. Tell me what you offer and who your customers are and I will sketch a practical template you can fill in for client calls and proposals. Keep your templates in Word or PowerPoint or even invoice templates to stay organized
