Feeling stuck with our growth strategy

Our small e-commerce shop has been steady for a couple years, but we can't seem to break through to the next level. I feel like our growth strategy is just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. We've tried some social media ads and email lists, but nothing gives a real boost. Maybe we're missing something obvious.
Growth feels stuck when you treat it like tossing ideas at the wall. Start with a real growth hypothesis and a clean funnel map from visitor to customer. Note where people drop off and which channel delivers the best value. Pick one or two channels to optimize for the next month. Test small spend and measure simple metrics like conversion rate and revenue per visitor. Use results to decide what to scale.
One clear move is to stop testing everything at once. Choose one customer problem and build a tiny experiment around a solution. If you hear crickets pivot quickly. Keep an experiments log with the idea tested the change and the result. That turns chaos into learning and stops wasteful spending.
Content marketing can move the needle without heavy ad spend. Pick a niche audience and publish helpful posts or videos a couple of times a week then promote to that audience. Track new signups or inquiries and the cost to acquire them. If results lag, refine your topic or offer and try again. Integrate with email for better customer acquisition.
Think of growth strategy as a system not a wish list. Use digital marketing to fuel customer acquisition and measure CAC and LTV. Look at partnerships and bundles to reach new customers. Set a single KPI like new customers or revenue growth and stick to it for a month. If progress stalls swap channels or tweak the offer until you see traction.
If you want a quick blueprint I can draft a four week plan tailored to your products. Describe your best seller and your ideal customer and I will outline experiments metrics and decision points to steer your growth strategy and customer acquisition efforts.
