I've been experimenting with a concept I'm calling "digital dusk," where for one hour before bed I only use devices with e-ink screens, like my old Kindle or a remarkable tablet. The goal is to reduce the cognitive and visual stimulation from regular screens as part of my wellness routine. The calm is noticeable, but finding practical things to do during that hour beyond reading is tricky. Has anyone else tried implementing a strict, low-stimulus tech boundary in the evening, and what activities did you find actually stuck?
