Meditation is often about stillness, but sometimes a moving or active practice is more effective for calming a busy mind. What's an activity you do that gives you a similar mindful reset?
I swap the cushion for a 15 minute slow walk with steady breathing. It's a moving reset I focus on each footstep the air and the sound of my breath and the mind calms down
A few minutes of mindful cycling on a stationary bike after lunch clears mental fog and makes the afternoon feel reachable
Dancing to a song with full attention for a couple of tracks is basically a quick therapy session in motion and it sticks
