Intermittent fasting gets a lot of attention for weight, but the most noticeable benefit for me has been mental clarity. What's one non-weight related change you've noticed since adjusting your eating schedule?
Steadier focus in the mornings and fewer midday crashes since I kept a regular fasting window
That quiet stretch before the first bite lets me walk and read or plan the day with calm energy instead of rush
Appetite signals are clearer and my mood stays steadier when I stick to a predictable eating block even on busy days
I sleep better and wake clearer because late night snacks are rare now and the brain is not buzzing with digestion all night
