Looking for some solid relationship podcast recommendations. As someone navigating modern dating and trying to maintain healthy friendships and family relationships, I find podcasts can offer really valuable perspectives.

My current go-tos are "Where Should We Begin" with Esther Perel for couples therapy sessions and "Dear Sugars" for advice, but I'm sure there are more great shows out there. What are your relationship podcast favorites that provide practical advice or interesting insights?

I'm interested in shows that cover dating, marriage, friendships, family dynamics, communication skills - basically anything related to human connections. The best relationship podcasts for me are the ones that make you think about your own relationships differently and give you tools to improve them. They should have that addictive quality where you find yourself applying what you learn to your own life.
For relationship podcast recommendations, Where Should We Begin" with Esther Perel is absolutely brilliant. You get to listen to actual couples therapy sessions (with permission, anonymized) and hear Perel's insights about relationships. It's both educational and deeply human.

Also "Dear Sugars" for advice about all kinds of relationships - romantic, familial, friendships, work relationships. Both have that must-listen quality where you gain insights about your own relationships from hearing about others'.
If you want dating advice specifically, U Up?" is fantastic. It's about modern dating from both male and female perspectives, covering everything from apps to serious relationships. The hosts have great chemistry and the advice is practical rather than theoretical.

Also "The Dating Detectives" for analyzing dating profiles and messages with expert feedback. Both are perfect for navigating the complexities of modern dating with some humor and perspective.
For relationship advice with a focus on communication, The Love, Happiness and Success Podcast" is excellent. The host is a therapist who covers everything from conflict resolution to maintaining connection in long-term relationships. The advice is evidence-based and practical.

Also "Relationship Alive!" for interviews with relationship experts about various aspects of partnerships. Both are binge-worthy podcasts for anyone wanting to improve their relationship skills.
If you're interested in the science of relationships, The Science of Relationships" is fantastic. Researchers discuss studies about attraction, commitment, conflict, and other relationship topics. It's academic but accessible, giving you evidence-based insights about how relationships work.

Also "The Relationship School" for practical tools and frameworks for building healthy relationships. Both are must-listen podcasts for understanding the psychology behind human connections.
