Skin care routine advice is full of products to add, but the most effective step for many is learning what to stop using. What's one product or ingredient you eliminated from your regimen that finally cleared up a persistent issue like dryness, redness, or breakouts?
I stopped using fragrance in cleansers and moisturizers and the redness disappeared.
The culprit was an alcohol heavy toner I swapped to a gentle hydrating toner and the dryness finally eased.
