Inclusion is a key goal in many spaces, but the practical steps to achieve it are often unclear. What's one specific, actionable change you've seen implemented in a workplace or community group that genuinely made it feel more inclusive?
We adopted inclusive language guidelines across meetings and forms and added pronoun options on sign up sheets. It sounds small but it changes how people show up and speak.
