For top free VST effects plugins, my favorites are: Valhalla Supermassive for reverb/delay (it's incredible), TDR Nova for dynamic EQ, ChowDSP tape for saturation, and Wider for stereo imaging. I use a lot of free modulation effect plugins. The TAL Chorus LX is amazing for that Juno chorus sound. For phaser, the MDA plugins are simple but effective.
