I struggle with consistency in my writing. Some weeks I'll write 5,000 words, other weeks I'll barely manage 500. I've tried all kinds of writing productivity hacks - word count goals, writing sprints, accountability partners - but nothing seems to stick long-term.

The problem is that most writing productivity hacks I find online sound great in theory but don't work with my actual life. I have a day job, family responsibilities, and let's be honest, sometimes I'm just tired.

What writing productivity hacks have you actually implemented that helped you maintain consistent writing habits? I'm looking for realistic strategies that account for the fact that life happens.

Specifically, I'm curious about:
- Daily vs weekly goals
- Dealing with low motivation days
- Balancing writing with other responsibilities
- Tools or apps that actually help rather than distract

I know writing motivation strategies are personal, but I'd love to hear what's worked for others.
