I volunteer with a small local charity, and we're struggling to find the support and resources we need. The big charity support networks seem to be geared toward large organizations with paid staff and big budgets. We're just a group of volunteers trying to make a difference in our community.

I'm looking for charity support networks that actually understand and cater to small, grassroots organizations. We need practical help with things like fundraising ideas that work on a small scale, volunteer management for people with limited time, and navigating legal requirements without hiring expensive consultants.

What we don't need is another network that assumes we have grant writers, marketing departments, or any kind of professional staff. We're doing this in our spare time with very limited resources.

Has anyone found charity support networks that are truly helpful for small local organizations? I'm interested in networks that might offer templates, mentorship from similar small charities, or platforms for sharing resources between small groups.

Bonus points if they understand the specific challenges of local community building platforms and volunteer coordination platforms at a small scale.
