Dealing with some wrist pain and back issues from long hours at the computer. Looking for ergonomic office tech that actually helps, not just looks fancy. What keyboards, mice, chairs, or monitor stands have made a real difference for people?

For ergonomic office tech, a vertical mouse changed everything for my wrist pain. The Logitech MX Vertical is comfortable and has programmable buttons. For keyboard, the Kinesis Freestyle Pro split keyboard lets you position each half naturally. A monitor arm brings the screen to eye level which helps neck strain.
A standing desk mat makes a huge difference if you have a standing desk. The Topo Comfort Mat has different textures and elevations to encourage movement. Also, a footrest under your desk helps with circulation and posture. The Mind Reader adjustable footrest is cheap but effective.
Don't forget about lighting. A monitor light bar like the BenQ ScreenBar reduces eye strain by providing even lighting without screen glare. Also, blue light blocking glasses help if you're in front of screens all day. The Gunnar Intercept are comfortable and actually make a difference for me.
