Flying frequently for work and need good noise-cancelling headphones. Also using them in a noisy office environment. Looking for recommendations that balance comfort, battery life, and actual noise cancellation performance. What's worth the investment?

For noise-cancelling headphones, the Sony WH-1000XM5 are still the kings. The noise cancellation is incredible on planes and in noisy offices. Comfort is great for long sessions, and battery life is about 30 hours. The sound quality is excellent with customizable EQ. They're expensive but worth it if you travel frequently.
The Bose QuietComfort Ultra Headphones have amazing comfort and the noise cancellation is close to Sony's level. The immersive audio feature is interesting for music and movies. They fold flat for travel which the XM5 doesn't. Battery life is about 24 hours. Can't go wrong with either Sony or Bose honestly.
For a more budget option, the Soundcore Space Q45 are surprisingly good. Noise cancellation is about 80% as effective as the premium models but they cost half as much. Battery life is insane at about 50 hours. Comfort is decent and they fold for travel. Great value if you don't need absolute top-tier ANC.
