Working from home permanently now and my setup needs serious upgrading. Looking for home office tech that actually improves productivity and doesn't cause back pain. What are the must-have items for a comfortable and efficient workspace?

For home office tech, a good chair is the most important investment. I use a Herman Miller Aeron and it's worth every penny - my back pain disappeared after switching. For monitors, dual 27-inch displays changed my productivity. A standing desk converter lets me switch between sitting and standing throughout the day.
A good webcam and microphone make a huge difference for meetings. The Logitech Brio 4K is excellent for video quality, and a Blue Yeti or Rode NT-USB Mini for audio. People actually comment on how clear I sound now. Also, proper lighting - a ring light or softbox makes you look more professional on camera.
Don't forget about cable management. A simple under-desk tray for power strips and some velcro ties clean everything up. A monitor arm saves desk space and lets you position screens perfectly. Also, a USB-C dock with single-cable connectivity to your laptop makes switching between work and personal devices seamless.
