Trying to get more serious about my health and want a good fitness tracker. The problem is every review site seems to have different opinions. Looking for real fitness tracker reviews from people who've actually worn these things for months. What's actually accurate and reliable?

From my fitness tracker reviews experience, the Garmin Forerunner 265 is incredibly accurate for running metrics. The GPS locks on fast and the heart rate monitor is reliable during workouts. Battery life is about 2 weeks with regular use. It's not cheap but if you're serious about training data it's worth it.
I've been using the Fitbit Charge 6 for 4 months now and it's pretty accurate for basic fitness tracking. The heart rate matches my chest strap pretty closely during steady state cardio. Sleep tracking is decent too. The battery lasts about 5 days which is fine. It's not as feature-packed as some others but it's reliable.
The Amazfit GTR 4 is surprisingly good for the price. I got it for under $200 and the GPS accuracy is close to my friend's Garmin. Battery life is insane at about 2 weeks. The heart rate monitor is okay for steady workouts but can struggle with intervals. For casual fitness tracking it's more than enough.
