I've been working on connecting some legacy systems with modern services, and it's been challenging to find good API integration solutions. For older systems that don't have proper APIs, I've been using tools like Postman to create proxy APIs, but it's not ideal.
For more complex legacy integration, I've looked at MuleSoft and Dell Boomi, but they're enterprise-level solutions.
What API integration solutions have you found effective for bridging the gap between legacy systems and modern services? I'm particularly interested in solutions that can handle different data formats, protocols, and authentication methods. How do you approach API integration when dealing with systems that weren't designed with modern API standards in mind?
