Managing project timelines and resources is always challenging, and I've been looking at different project efficiency APIs to help. We've been using the Clockify API to track time across projects, which has given us much better visibility into where time is actually being spent.
I'm also considering implementing the Harvest API for more detailed project budgeting and forecasting.
