I keep hearing about omnichannel marketing strategies being essential, but most of the examples I see are from big brands with huge budgets. How do you implement an effective omnichannel approach for a small business with limited resources?

The concept makes sense - creating a seamless experience across website, social media, email, in-store, etc. - but the execution seems overwhelming for a small team.

What are the key components of omnichannel marketing strategies that actually matter for small businesses? And how do you track performance across all these channels without getting lost in data?
Omnichannel sounds overwhelming for a one-person marketing team (me). I'm already struggling to keep up with Instagram, email, and our website. Adding more channels seems like a recipe for doing everything poorly instead of a few things well.

Is there a simplified version of omnichannel marketing strategies for small businesses? Like what are the 2-3 most important channels to connect?
