I feel like I'm working hard but I'm not sure if I'm actually making progress. I go to the gym, I lift weights, I do cardio, but how do I know if it's actually working? I want to track measurable workout progress in a way that's meaningful and motivating.
Right now I just kind of go by how I feel and how I look in the mirror, but that's so subjective. Some days I feel great and think I look better, other days I feel like I haven't made any progress at all.
What metrics do you track to ensure your workout programs are actually delivering results? Do you use apps, spreadsheets, or just a notebook? I'm looking for a system that will help me stay accountable and actually see if my fitness routine with visible gains is working.
