Exercise routine apps promise to help you stay consistent with workouts, but I'm curious how well they actually work long-term. The initial motivation from a new app is great, but what happens when that wears off?

I've tried various exercise routine apps - some focused on specific workouts, others on general fitness tracking. The challenge is finding something that adapts to changing goals and energy levels rather than just following a rigid plan.

Has anyone found exercise routine apps that have actually helped maintain exercise habits for 6+ months? Particularly interested in apps that integrate with health and wellness apps for a more complete picture.
