Most task management applications seem designed for simple to-do lists, but fall apart when you have complex projects with dependencies, multiple team members, and changing priorities.

I'm looking for task management applications that can handle both personal projects and work collaboration. The challenge is finding something that's powerful enough for complex work but simple enough for daily personal use.

Has anyone found apps that bridge this gap well? Bonus points if they integrate with calendar management software and communication optimization tools to create a cohesive system.
