Hey everyone, I'm completely new to mindfulness and feeling a bit overwhelmed. I keep hearing about simple mindfulness exercises but I'm not sure where to start. Everything I find online seems either too complicated or requires too much time commitment.
I'm looking for something I can do in just a few minutes that doesn't require any special equipment or training. What are some of the most basic, easy to follow mindfulness exercises that actually work for beginners?
I've tried a couple of apps but they all seem to assume you already know what you're doing. I need something truly simple that I can incorporate into my daily routine without it feeling like a chore.
