I'm feeling overwhelmed by all the "morning habits that changed my life" content out there. Everyone seems to have a different magic formula, and I don't know where to start.

I'm a creative professional working from home, and my current morning is basically: wake up, check phone, make coffee, sit at computer. Not exactly inspiring or productive.

I want to implement some morning habits that changed my life for others, but I need to start small. I'm not ready to commit to waking up at 5am or doing cold showers (that sounds awful).

What single morning habit made the biggest difference for you when you were just starting out? Looking for that one thing I can add to my routine this week that won't feel impossible to maintain.
