I run a bakery and I'm drowning in customer information spread across different places - email, phone notes, order forms, etc. I need a no-code CRM tool that's actually designed for small service businesses like mine, not just sales teams.

Here's what I specifically need:
- Track customer preferences (allergies, favorite items)
- Record order history
- Schedule follow-ups for large orders
- Manage catering inquiries
- Simple task management for my small team

I've looked at:
- HubSpot (free version is limited)
- Salesforce (way too complex)
- Zoho CRM (confusing interface)
- Freshsales (more sales-focused than service-focused)

The challenge is that most CRM tools assume you have a sales pipeline with leads, opportunities, and deals. But I don't have "leads" - I have customers who come back regularly. I need something that helps me provide better service, not just track sales.

What I really want is a no-code CRM tool that:
1. Is easy to set up without technical help
2. Has good mobile access (I'm often in the kitchen)
3. Allows custom fields for my specific needs
4. Integrates with my other tools (email, calendar)
5. Doesn't require constant maintenance

Has anyone found a no-code CRM that actually works well for small service businesses? Bonus points if it has good no-code database apps capabilities for storing customer information.
