In my career coaching practice, I often work with people facing what I call "good problem" decisions - choosing between two great opportunities. The difficult decision guidance that helps most people isn't about finding the "right" answer, but about asking better questions.

The difficult decision guidance that changed my approach was: "When you can't decide between two good options, ask which one you'd regret NOT choosing in five years." This career advice that changed perspective has helped countless clients.
