I work as a health coach, and I've noticed that most people know what they "should" do for their health, but the real magic happens with the health advice that made difference in their daily lives.

For me, the health advice that made difference was: "Don't exercise to burn calories. Move to feel alive." That completely changed my relationship with physical activity from punishment to celebration.
