My phone has developed some annoying phone audio issues. The speaker crackles at higher volumes, and people keep telling me I sound muffled or distant during calls.
I've cleaned the speaker grills and microphone holes, checked for software updates, and tried different calling apps, but the problems persist. It's especially frustrating because I use my phone for work calls.
Is this likely a hardware problem that needs professional phone repair solutions, or could it be something I can fix myself? The phone is only 10 months old, so it's still under warranty, but I'd rather not be without it for weeks if I can avoid it.
