I've been working in phone repair for 8 years now and I see the same issues come up over and over. The most frequent common smartphone problems I encounter are battery drain issues, cracked screens, charging port failures, and software glitches.
Battery problems seem to be getting worse with newer phones, especially after a year or two of use. People come in complaining their phone dies by lunchtime when it used to last all day.
Screen damage is still the number one physical issue, though some of the newer glass is more durable. Charging ports get clogged with lint or just wear out from daily use.
What mobile device issues have you all been dealing with lately? Any particular phone models giving you more trouble than others?
