I keep hearing that biohacking gut health is foundational for all other biohacking efforts, but I'm not sure how much emphasis to place on it versus other areas. The gut-brain connection is well established, and gut health affects everything from energy to immunity to mood.

But with so many different approaches to improving gut health - probiotics, prebiotics, fermented foods, elimination diets, etc. - it's hard to know where to start and what actually makes a difference.

What specific biohacking gut health strategies have you implemented, and what results have you seen? Have improvements in gut health translated to better energy, mental clarity, or other benefits?

How do you balance focusing on biohacking gut health with other biohacking priorities? And what testing have you done to assess your gut health status - microbiome testing, stool analysis, or just tracking symptoms?

Is biohacking gut health something that needs constant attention, or can you fix it and then maintain with minimal effort?
