I'm helping some friends who want to start editing their own videos but have zero technical background. They need something that's truly easy-to-learn video editing software, not just marketed as such.
The problem with many "beginner-friendly" tools is they still assume some level of technical understanding. I'm looking for software that has intuitive interfaces, good tutorials, and doesn't overwhelm users with too many options right away.
What easy-to-learn video editing software have you successfully introduced to complete beginners? I'm especially interested in tools that help users create decent videos within their first few hours of use, rather than requiring weeks of study.
