One of the biggest challenges with home workouts is maintaining motivation over time. Without the social aspect of a gym or scheduled classes, it's easy to skip workouts or lose enthusiasm.

What strategies have helped you stay consistent with your home exercise routine? I'm looking for practical tips beyond just "have discipline."

Things like creating a dedicated home workout space, tracking progress, varying your routine, or using accountability methods. How do you make working out at home something you look forward to rather than a chore?
