Setting up a good home workout space can make a huge difference in consistency and results. But you don't need a full home gym to get effective workouts.
What home workout equipment do you consider essential versus nice-to-have? I'm thinking about things like resistance bands, dumbbells, yoga mats, pull-up bars, etc.
Also, how do you organize your home workout space when you have limited room? I live in an apartment and have to be creative with storage and setup. Any tips for maximizing a small space for different types of workouts?
